PHOLLYWOOD is getting ready to make a wacky movie of the world's first "e-mail marriage".
Dustin Hoffman is set to star in the big screen version of David Weinleck's Internet love match.
David, aged 28, caught Hollywood's attention for setting June 13 this year as his wedding day - before he even had a girlfriend. Then came his e-mail "bride contest", and David met Bessie Runze just 30 minutes before tying the knot.
Now the couple, both students at the University of Minnesota, are living happily ever after.
Bessie, also 28, says: "Some people thought I was crazy. But I knew that David was the right man for me."
